Graduation Information
Location: DAR Constiution Hall
Date: Tuesday, June 1, 2010
Time: 10:00 am (Seniors must arrive at 9 am)
CAP & GOWN - Packets were delivered through Senior English classes on Tues 11/3 and Wed 11/4. Students should talk to their parents and complete the information in the packet. Don't delay on ordering the cap and gown now for only $50.00. The cost will only go UP if you delay! In addition to the cap & gown you may also place an order now for graduation announcements, rings and more!
Students should MAIL JOSTENS their order packets by December 11th. The mailing address is on the back of the envelope.
TICKET INFORMATION: Each graduate will be given 4 tickets for invited family and friends. Seniors do NOT need a ticket. Starting on Monday, April 19th parents/guardians may request in writing (note or email) up to 2 extra tickets at a time. Send all requests to Ms. Christina Gelb (Christina_R_Gelb@mcpsmd.org). The letters must include student's name and ID number. The extra tickets will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Requests will be honored until there are no tickets left. If a stuent does not need all 4 tickets, please contact Ms Gelb before Mon. 4/19 so those tickets may go to other students who need more tickets. There is no charge for tickets, but no one will be admitted without a ticket. This is the policy of Constitution Hall, and is strictly enforced. Tickets are needed for children who require a seat.
SENIORS must be CLEARED with the financial office prior to recieving Cap/Gown and Tickets by: TBD.
Graduation Rehearsal: Friday, 5/28 at 7:30 am in Main Gym
